Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Once shipped, standard delivery times apply (typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location).

PO Boxes

​

We can ship to PO Boxes. If UPS cannot deliver to your PO Box, delivery may be rerouted through a partnered carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked delivered but missing, or significantly delayed, customers must file a carrier claim with UPS. We’ll help point you in the right direction, but UPS handles these cases directly.

Extreme Weather Shipping

We continue shipping during hot or cold weather. If you're in a region with severe temps, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking info so your snacks don’t sit outside too long.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

​

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

• The customer is responsible for any reship fees

• Additional shipping charges will apply

Double-check your info before placing an order so your chips get to you quickly and safely.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us, you can choose:

• To have it reshipped (customer pays reship fee), or

• To receive a refund minus the original shipping cost
